Customers pay into your own Stripe account, and TimiTomi never holds your money. Stripe charges its own fee on each payment, paid straight to Stripe. Online it is 1.5% + €0.25 for a standard EU card, and 2.5% + €0.25 for a UK card. At the desk it is lower, 1.4% + €0.10 for a standard EU card. We add nothing on top of it: no platform fee, and no percentage of what you sell. See Stripe’s pricing.

SMS
How SMS notifications work
The class reminder is the text worth sending. It arrives the day before, so fewer people forget their booking and fewer spots stay empty. A weekly text reminds your customers to book the week ahead.
SMS pauses when the allowance is gone. Email keeps working, and no bill arrives that you did not choose.
Extra SMS stay until you use them. €20 buys 200 more, on any plan, whenever you need them.
SMS goes only where you choose. Your own country and the EU from the start. You add any other country yourself, so nobody sends expensive messages abroad.
On Solo, SMS is an add-on: €20 a month adds 200 SMS to your plan.
Human support, before and after launch
We move your classes, your packs and your booking page with you, and we are still here in the weeks after you open. Support that stops on the day you pay is not support.
We build the studio with you. Your classes, packs and memberships, entered before your page is public.
A person answers, not a form or a bot. Somebody who knows the product, on working days.
Studio and Scale add a named person. Every plan gets the same help building it.
