Reformer pilates
Software for a studio with six beds, all taken
A reformer class is sold by the bed, and the first class a customer buys decides whether they come back. TimiTomi lets only first-timers buy the intro pack, and never sells more spots than a class has.

An intro price only a first-timer can buy
The introductory pack is the offer that fills a reformer studio, and the problem with it has always been the regular who buys it twice. TimiTomi checks the buyer’s email and phone number, so the rule does not depend on trust.
First-timers only. Matched on email and phone number.
Once each. One purchase per customer, then it is gone.
Works only for the classes you pick. Beginners only, if that is the offer.

Six beds, and never a seventh booking
Capacity on a reformer means beds, not floor space. A class that sells a seventh spot leaves somebody without a bed.
A class never sells more spots than it has. Set per class, not per studio.
The last spot is checked twice. Counted again after the payment is complete.
A cancellation window you set. Cancel in time and the credit comes back.

The regulars who come twice a week
After the intro pack, the question is what a customer buys next. A reformer studio usually sells both a pack and a membership for the same classes.
Packs and plans together. The same customer can hold both.
You never track anyone’s credits. Each booking takes one credit off the balance automatically.
Customers get a message when credits are low. Before the last one is spent.

Pick a plan, and that is what you pay
What you pay depends on how many instructors teach at your studio, and on nothing else. It does not change when you sell more.
